How to Get Started at CrossFit ThunderRidge

STEP 1: Book your FREE Private Introductory Session.

Like many things in life training at CrossFit ThunderRidge is something that is best experienced rather than read about.  We want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our community first hand.

Schedule your FREE private introduction to CrossFit ThunderRidge strength and conditioning program, and bring a friend or two along!  We will introduce you to our community, our facility, our program, and some of the exercises and equipment we use.     Click here to sign up

STEP 2: Enroll in the OnRamp program

OnRamp is required for all beginners.  A coach will lead athletes through the program, using lecture and demonstration of movements to ensure safety and efficiency.
The best way to get ready for CrossFit; is to do CrossFit!  The athletes will also participate in CrossFit workouts, to familiarize the athlete with the pace and format of the daily WOD.  Our OnRamp program is designed to give you the seamless transition into the Group Workouts.

Group OnRamp Classes:
6:30pm  M/T/Th for 2 Weeks (subject to change)

OnRamp Classes start on: Dec 2, 2019 – Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 2, April 6, 2020. 

Private OnRamp Classes: There is an additional cost of $50.00.

Experienced CrossFitter: Please email us to schedule a 15-minute session with one of our coaches.

360 Barbell Club –USAW Certified Club: Athletes will learn Olympic style weightlifting.
